I have designed a set of printable worksheets to help my young students memorize the vocabulary related to the house and its surroundings. These worksheets make learning fun and engaging and they are perfect for kids who are starting their journey to learn English and want to expand their vocabulary related to the home. Let's take a closer look at what's included in this set.
72 House-Related Words
With this set of printable worksheets, my students can learn 72 words related to “my house” topic. I've covered it all: from furniture like chairs, beds, and couches, to different rooms in the house – living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway. I also dive into the parts of the house, including the attic, basement, doors, windows, and even household devices and appliances such as the fridge, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. Not to forget, I've got the bathroom fixtures covered too: toilet, sink, faucet etc.
To make the learning experience even more comprehensive, I've included a three-page vocabulary chart. This chart displays all 72 words illustrated with pictures, making it a great reference for young learners as they build their vocabulary.

We all know that children learn best when they can visualize things. That's why all my exercises are picture-based and filled with eye-catching illustrations.
